Nicki Marrone, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Principal

Since joining the firm in 2000, Alamo principal Nicki Marrone has achieved an extensive background in PreK-12 academic design, sustainable design, and master planning. An active leader in the professional community of architecture, she served as 2015 AIA San Antonio Chapter President, and 2023 President of the Texas Society of Architects, with a platform centered on expanding career pathways and representation. This, and her work previously chairing the Society’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Taskforce, contributed to her receiving the 2024 TXA Award for Equitable Practice in Architecture in Honor of John S. Chase Jr., FAIA. Nicki regularly participates in mentoring events, career days, and other programs to illustrate the impact of architecture on all aspects of life.
