The Northside Sports Complex is a significant upgrade to the already robust Northside ISD (NISD) sports facilities program, adding capacity for all thirteen District high schools to host varsity baseball and softball games in spring and cross-country meets in the fall semester. This unique combination of sports programs maximizes the facility’s utility throughout the academic calendar year.

2026 TASA Awards | Design, Value, and Wellness

Our team approached the opportunity to design a new elementary school for Judson ISD as an incubator for design innovation. We led the district leadership, community, and school faculty in a collaborative process, focusing on improved educational outcomes, staff and student well-being, and authentic community connection. The campus we created together has now earned recognition for excellence from the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) annual Exhibit of School Architecture. Selma Elementary has earned three Stars of Distinction for Design, Value, and Wellness.

The John Jay Fine Arts Facility is the high school’s new academic hub for performing and visual arts. Contemporary architecture programmed to support arts activity sets the stage for a vibrant, culturally rich curriculum. The well-resourced facility is already home to cherished, award-winning programs: marching band, jazz band, classical orchestra, and mariachi orchestra. The Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) 2025 Exhibit of School Architecture awarded the John Jay HS Fine Arts Facility three Stars of Distinction: Design, Community, and Wellness.
